Role Summary: Service Colleagues are integral to the shopping experience at ASDA. In this role, you will assist customers, handle transactions, and ensure the store remains a welcoming and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their visit.
• Operate checkout registers to process customer purchases accurately.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
