Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide assistance and answer questions about products and services.
• Operate checkout registers, processing sales accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Support in stocking and replenishing shelves to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required as training will be provided.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong team player.
