Role Summary: As a Service Colleague, you’ll be the face of ASDA, providing friendly and efficient service to ensure a great shopping experience for all our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work across various departments, from the checkouts to the shop floor, engaging with customers to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers throughout the store.
• Handling transactions at the checkout accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining product displays and store cleanliness.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• Supporting team members and participating in training and development sessions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
• A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
