Role Summary: Service Colleagues are vital to the smooth operation of our store. You will be the face of ASDA, ensuring that every customer has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. This role involves various tasks, from handling transactions to maintaining store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
• Operate the checkout registers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchases.
• Assist with the replenishment of stock and maintaining high standards of merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Support store promotions, seasonal activities, and other special events.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
