Role Summary: Service Colleagues are essential to the smooth operation of our store. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and have a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, friendly customer service to enhance shopping experiences.
• Operate checkout tills to process customer purchases efficiently.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide information and advice as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, ensuring aisles and surfaces are kept tidy.
• Replenish stock and manage displays to ensure products are presented attractively.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to help others.
