Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate checkout tills, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment.
• Restock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and orderly manner.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
