Role Summary: Service Colleagues are crucial to the daily operations of our store. You will interact directly with customers, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with any queries they may have.
  • Process sales transactions at the checkout accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure shelves and sales areas are stocked, clean, and presentable.
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Handle returns and exchanges courteously and professionally.

Requirements:

  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under your own initiative.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service situations.
