Role Summary: As a Service Colleague, you will be a vital part of our team, directly influencing our customers’ shopping experience. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring the store remains a clean and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, providing assistance and responding to queries with professionalism.
• Operate the checkout registers, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in merchandising and keeping the store tidy and well-organized.
• Replenish stock and ensure product availability on the shop floor.
• Handle customer concerns and feedback positively and proactively.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
