Job Overview:

Amazon is looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Fulfillment Associates at our Liverpool Fulfillment Center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick customer orders from inventory and prepare them for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, stow, and organize stock in the warehouse.
  • Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages according to destination and ensure they are correctly scanned for dispatch.
  • Quality Checks: Inspect items for quality and ensure they meet Amazon’s high standards before shipping.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet productivity and performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks, especially when picking and packing orders.
  • Dependability: Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • No Experience Required: Full training provided. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key.
