Amazon is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fulfillment Associates at our Hull Fulfillment Center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Picking and Packing: Accurately select items from inventory and securely pack them for shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, stow, and manage products within the warehouse.
  • Sorting and Scanning: Sort packages by destination and ensure they are correctly scanned for dispatch.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products to ensure they meet Amazon’s high standards before shipping.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly productivity targets.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 23 kg (50 lbs) for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in all tasks, particularly when picking and packing orders.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • No Experience Necessary: Full training provided. We value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
